By carefully operating under full direct vision, we minimize bleeding and tissue trauma, ensuring both safety and aesthetically refined results. This technique is also characterized by smaller incisions and reduced post-operative pain, allowing for less physical burden and a smoother recovery process. All procedures are performed under general anesthesia administered by a board-certified anesthesiologist, ensuring the highest standards of safety. The surgery is conducted as a day procedure, and patients benefit from our comprehensive follow-up care throughout the recovery process.
When performing silicone implant breast augmentation, the implant can be placed in one of two primary layers: either beneath the mammary gland (subglandular) or beneath the pectoralis major muscle (submuscular). A major advantage of this procedure is the ability to achieve a reliable cup size increase of two or more cups in a single session. On the other hand, a drawback is that patients with a lean décolleté or thin breast tissue may experience visible implant edge show-through, which can create an unnatural appearance. Fat transfer breast augmentation, by contrast, uses the patient's own fat to create naturally warm and soft breasts. An added benefit is that the fat harvesting process also allows for targeted body contouring in areas of concern. However, since this procedure involves fat grafting, the degree of fat survival cannot be fully predicted, and achieving a significant size increase of two or more cups in a single session is generally not expected. Hybrid breast augmentation combines the advantages of both silicone implant and fat transfer procedures, while compensating for the drawbacks of each — making it an excellent and well-rounded option. This approach allows silicone implant placement and fat injection to be performed simultaneously, and for patients who already have existing implants, additional fat injection can be performed as a supplementary treatment.
